The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short 20-minute walk to the city center. We loved being able to explore the bustling streets and attractions so easily. The apartment itself was spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and pillows for a good night's sleep. The staff members we encountered were friendly and polite, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

It was dirty and the Bluetooth for music didn't work. Despite contacting the owner and being promised a refund, we never received it.

We had a perfect stay in Skopje short walk to the center of the town, the bus station and the great restaurant. Clean bathroom, very comfy bed and the room itself was perfect and exceptionally clean. We liked helpful and friendly staff and their attitude.

It was peaceful and comfortable 10-15min away from the city center. Coffee and tea making equipment, fridges, and an oven were available, in case you cook. We liked very amiable staff and host.

The apartments at Joan Apartments & Spa in Skopje are amazing! The rooms are so comfortable with a cozy seating area and a lovely sofa. I felt right at home as soon as I walked in.

Personally, I wasn't a huge fan of the bathroom. While it had all the necessary amenities, it didn't have as modern of a design as I would have liked.

Thanks for enjoyable stay as on road trip. The apartment is at a peaceful location close to the center of the town. Plus it's not far from old city centre, the main fountain and a quiet neighbourhood...

Loved having the whole apartment to myself. The spa facilities were just fabulous, especially the indoor pool. Free use of bicycles was a nice touch. Cultural highlights nearby, but who needs those when you have a bathrobe?

Oh, nothing at all. It was just perfect.

Favourable location very close to touristic places, centre, Skopje, and the room was new-fashioned. Having a handy kitchenette was a bonus. There were a dining area, a seating area and a writing table. We appreciated staying there for the night as on road trip.

I recently stayed at a wonderful apartment in Skopje for a few days. The apartment offered stunning views from two balconies and had a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances. The spaciousness of the apartment was impressive, and the secure entry system provided convenience and peace of mind. Additionally, the location was ideal, within walking distance to the city center.

A wonderful experience for a very low price. The room was exactly as shown in the images, and the staff members we met were very polite. I liked the heating system, the comfortable bed, and the great TV and Wi-Fi. I will definitely return in the future and would recommend staying at this apartment. The decoration of the hotel was absolutely charming, with beautiful, modern furniture and lovely artwork on the walls. The general areas were very clean and well-maintained, making it easy for me to move around with my walking stick. I also appreciated that the hotel had an elevator, which was a great help for senior people like me. It made accessing my room and the spa much easier.

I would have loved if the children working there were more knowledgeable about local attractions and could provide some recommendations for senior-friendly activities in the area.

We had an amazing time at Joan Apartments & Spa. The design of the flat was very modern and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We felt like we were sleeping on clouds. The view from the terrace was breathtaking, especially at night. We loved relaxing in the jacuzzi - it was such a luxurious bonus. The location was also great, with only a short 15-minute walk to the center of town. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

There were a few minor issues, such as the noise from the neighboring room at night and some electricity plugs not functioning. However, these were easily overlooked as they did not significantly impact our overall experience.

The apartment on the 5th floor was absolutely outstanding. It was spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen and two large terraces. The view from the terrace was stunning, with the Vodno mountain and panorama of Skopje. The building is located in a quiet neighborhood, yet still close to the city center. We loved it so much that we stayed here twice during our holiday in Skopje.

My wife says that the shower could be improved, as the water was rather warm than hot. However, for families with children, it would be great to have some blinds that keep more daylight out in the bedroom.

The penthouse apartment had two balconies with great views, giving us a chance to soak in the beautiful surroundings. The well-equipped kitchen, with its dishwasher, microwave, and kettle, made it convenient to cook our meals. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the city center, making it easy for us to explore and enjoy our holiday.

The apartment had a few downsides. the noise from the elevator was quite disturbing, especially during the night when we were trying to sleep.
